Orders are sent within 1-3 business day of receiving payment for your order. Exceptions to this include weekends and public holidays in which case it will be dispatched the next business day.

Damaged Goods and Refund Policy

If you have ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it, we are happy to send you the correct product however return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that we do not refund or exchange opened or used products.
We take great care when packaging and sending our products. If anything you receive is damaged during transit, please let us know immediately via email at so we can work out the best way to resolve the issue.
